World HELLO Day

Every year, November 21 is World Hello Day. The objective is to say hello to at least ten people on the day. By greeting others, the message is for world leaders to use communication rather than using force to settle conflicts.

About Vadodara

Vadodara – The Banyan City – was founded in the 9th century along the banks of the river Vishwamitri.  The city achieved its Golden Era under the rule of Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III.

The city of Vadodara that we see today is the legacy of Maharaja Sayajirao Gaekwad III – a realisation of his of vision of a educated, industrialised, cultural capital that was a source of pride for its residents and the nation.
